The Development Program
1. Brand Ambassador
A Brand Ambassador is the first stage in the development program, at this stage, your job is to learn and perform door to door sales/fundraising for our clients.
2. Leader
You get promoted to a leadership roll when you have hit a certien critiria of sales in a week we call this a leadership goal and usual ranges from 10-12 in a week. you now have the opportunity to train and build your own team.
3. Promoting Leader
You get to Promoting Leader when you have trained and promoted someone on your team to a leader and between you both are doing 20+ sales in a week.
4. Crew Leader
A crew leader will typically have a few leaders on their team and are doing 40+ sales a week
5. Asisstent Owner
You get to Assist Owner when you and your team are collectively doing 80+ pieces a week at this stage you will work closely with the owner and learn the skills to open your own office
6. Owner
Congratulations! You now have your own marketing company, you now have your own office in a new location with your team.
